GOAL 1- Strategy and plan for a restructured Transforming Education Hub
Key Action Steps:

Immersion with key people, digital tools, as well as the creation of user channels for internal communication.

Conducting a dynamic based on Non-Violent Communication to get to know the team and exchange knowledge, expectations, and experiences that can add to the development of the project.

Realization of the plan based on Public Relations for the development of strategic communication projects: in-depth case study, diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, interviews, communication channels, metrics and measurement in the short, medium and long term.

Conceptualization and oversee information about architecture, user experience (UX) and overall web design for a restructured Transforming Education Hub.

Work on the plan to manage the English content of the Hub, upload content and create new pages where required, including drafting content.

Starting to support promotion of a social media activation around International Education Day with a dedicated web-page featuring an Open Letter to governments.

GOAL 2 - restructured Hub and a content calendar for 2023
Key Action Steps:

Maintain a content calendar to regularly update the Hub with dynamic content, such as stories, new resources and multimedia.

Work closely with the social media consultant to develop a social media calendar and a collection of assets on Trello
-
Continuity in the strategic plan with digital metric analysis, content production with the team based on storytelling, diversity, inclusion and humanization.

Support promotion of a social media activation around International Education Day with a dedicated web-page featuring an Open Letter to governments.

Work closely with web developer to restructure the Hub, conduct UAT testing and ensure an enhanced user experience.

Solicit calls and promote and disseminate content from key partners.

GOAL 4 - web/digital performance report based on key metric compilation
Key Action Steps:

Oversee quality assurance of social media content, and oversee use of social media platforms to ensure coherent messaging and boost visibility of the IAS and the HLSC.

With the social media consultant, develop a comprehensive report on social media outreach, compiling key metrics.

Facilitate online engagement of HLSC members on Teams based on the education for peace methodology The Art of Living in Peace, awarded by UNESCO in 2000.

The working hours during the five-day week will be adapted to the demand of the team in the central European standard time zone (GMT+1).

During the consultancy months, the project work with UNESCO will be the priority between my professional and academic activities.

This proposal is open to any kind of adaptation that may be necessary for the best functioning of the demand of personal and team work.
